There is something so mysterious

and magical about time

- don’t you think?

Maybe it's

 the setting of the sun,

the colours of the leaves,

the songs of the birds,

the pulls from the tides

Or maybe its

the thirteen moons

spread perfectly

across a year,

like clockwork

Or maybe

it’s in the body

In the ebb and flow

of our

monthly blood.

Bodies

that

mirror

the

moon

I mean can you get more magical than that?

We now

mostly follow a

regimented

linear

stressful

tick tocking

clock

designed by man,

for man.

By abandoning the moon,

the essential cord

that kept humans in sync

with nature

got broken.

I want to propose a new way of measuring time..

Moonclock

follows both the moon

in the sky

and the menstrual cycle

in the body.

Turn it

one click

a day,

soon

you will be

measuring

the moon

in your

own body.

It can predict

your future!

A visual

map

of

your

body

- now a work of art.

Not only

is

Moonclock

a

tool

to connect deeply

to the body

but it is a tool unite the world.

Throughout history,

women

have used

the moon

to signal

actions

across

distant lands.

The symbol

of the dragon,

represents

the

connection

of all women

The dark moon

a time to gather

safely in numbers,

from lions and

even men

at this point in time.

Their menstrual blood

a symbol

of this solidarity.

A Blood of life

that was believed

to flow

into other worlds,

weaving

from sky to earth,

like a dragon,

connecting

the female gender

as one

great

empowered

force.

Not just once,

but every

re-occuring

dark moon,

they declared

their bodies

and

their blood

sacred!

There is nothing

more powerful

than

 half the human race

saying

‘NO’

in unison.

NO to Rape.

NO to violence.

NO to war.

NO to genocide.

 over

and

over

again.

Let us reclaim time,

make effective change,

all conducted

and synchronised

by the light

of the

moon,

-

where there are no borders

-

Before I end,

I must be very clear,

my clocks

turn

anti-clockwise.

Some

call it a

rebellion,

others, a

remembering.

The patriarchal clock

is ticking

and I am trying my best

to stop it,

but I cannot do it

alone.

When the hands of your Moonclock point to a

dark moon,

gather together

and stop the world.

When women stop,

the world stops.

Spread the word,

stop the world

every

dark moon!

YOU can join us

in a

lunar-led

revolution.

Use this clock to take the first step.
